Delete your Alpha account and data
This page lets you ask us to delete your Alpha IT Services Ltd account — including data collected by the Alpha TotalCare mobile app — without installing anything and without signing in. We confirm every request by e-mail first, then give you a reference number you can quote at any time.

What happens after you ask

Fill in the form below with the e-mail address on your account. No sign-in needed.
Confirm it is you
We e-mail that address to verify ownership. Nothing is deleted until you confirm — this protects you from someone else requesting deletion.
Deletion completed
Your account data is deleted within 30 days of your confirmation, and we e-mail you when it is done. Keep your reference number until then.
What is deleted
- ✕Your account and profile (name, e-mail address, password credentials)
- ✕Licence keys, device registrations and protection settings
- ✕Mobile app data linked to your account (alerts, scan history, device list)
- ✕Support conversations and tickets raised from your account
- ✕Marketing and communication preferences (you are removed from all mailings)
Deletion also ends any active subscription and removes protection from your devices.
What we keep, and for how long
- Billing and tax recordsInvoices, payment references and refunds — kept for the period tax law requires (6 years in Canada, 7 years in the United States). They cannot be deleted on request.
- Fraud, abuse and security recordsKept where we are legally required to, or where they are needed to stop repeat abuse of the service.
- Aggregated statisticsCounts and trends that can no longer identify you (no name, no e-mail, no device ID) remain in our reporting.
- Anything under legal holdIf an open dispute, chargeback or legal matter involves your account, those records are kept until it closes.

Not sure you want to delete everything?
You can cancel a subscription, stop marketing e-mails or remove a single device without deleting your account. Support can do any of those for you — usually the same business day.
