Billing & Subscription Policy

Learn how Alpha subscriptions, billing cycles, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations work. Simple & transparent subscription management.
Available Subscription Plans
Three plans are available — Essential, Pro, and Premium — billed monthly or annually depending on your selection. See the Pricing page for current rates and what each plan includes.
Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal. We do not raise renewal prices on existing subscribers.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment providers (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal) where supported by Stripe.
Upgrades & Downgrades
You may upgrade or change plans at any time through your account portal. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be processed, we will send service notifications, retry the charge over a short window, and may limit service access until the issue is resolved.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and you keep access until then.
