Plain-English terms for using Alpha TotalCare across desktop, mobile, browser extension, and remote-support sessions.
Eligibility
You must be 18+ or have parental consent. Service available in the USA and Canada only.
License grant
Personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install Alpha software on the number of devices in your active plan.
Acceptable use
No use of Alpha software to harm others or violate laws. No tampering. Tampering voids the license.
Subscription & billing
Recurring auto-renewal at the displayed price unless cancelled. We do not raise renewal prices.
Refunds
30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. See full Refund Policy.
Liability
Service provided “as-is”. Alpha is not liable for damages from third-party threats, except where required by law.
Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via in-app banner + email. Continued use means acceptance.
Governing law
California law for USA customers. Ontario law for Canadian customers.
