30-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked. Annual and monthly plans both qualify. Refund processed via Stripe within 5-10 business days.
Eligibility
Any first-time paid plan within 30 days of purchase. Renewals are eligible within 14 days of charge. The 7-day trial itself doesn’t apply.
How to request
Email refunds@alphait247.com or click “Request refund” in your Account portal. Include order ID. Most refunds processed within 24 hours.
Prorated downgrades
Switching from Premium → Pro mid-cycle? You get a prorated refund of unused time, automatically.
What’s NOT refundable
Used remote-support sessions on Pro/Premium are not individually refundable.
